They got the half-speed mastering right this time.
This half-speed mastered version of Exile on Main Street is the one to get and should put to rest the controversy around the last version. As warm and detailed as you are likely to find on vinyl these days.

Top of the postpunk heap
Perhaps the best goth/new romantic album ever, with enough muscle to hint at what was to come.
