  Ordered and paid for item. No tracking provided and after 3 weeks contacted seller twice with no reply. Had to open EBay case to get refunded. I could understand if something happened with product or shipping but absolutely no communication is unacceptable.

  This person went not the extra mile but the extra five miles!!! After one of the tools I bought for him got lost while on transit, this person went about e and beyond to make it right for me. Even gave me advice about the industry, which we both work on!! What a pleasant experience!!
