Insightful
Dr Daniel Keown, while studying acupuncture, realised that the points correlated to foetal development nodes and when he told the teacher, he said to write a book, so Dr Keown did. Dr Keown explains to the western reader,some of the enigmatic teachings of acupuncture and it relates to fascia, and the piezoelectric planes in the body. I had this as a Kindle but frankly, had to get the hard copy, it's a marvelous reference book. Highly recommend!

Sauna at home
Easy to use, easy to keep clean, I highly recommend this product. Likewise, for serious sauna uses, I recommend referencing Neneh Sylva's book on sauna therapy to get the best out it. This is so good I bought the same type when my first one got flood damage and recommended it to friends, who have also bought one. I keep mine set up on a massage table, ready to go. Also, I leave it open to air between uses, wiped down with colloidal silver.

Profound
The life's work of a Brisbane based Sufi master, I have personally witnessed people come to talk with the writer after reading this, saying it profoundly resonated with them, changed their life. The writer humbly speaks at multi faith events in and around the south east corner of Queensland, and I highly recommend reading and/or connecting with his Sufi order. A gentle book that brings a multitude of answers to the spiritual seeker
