  On February 24th I was the successful bidder and won an auction on lot #274687458103 consisting of two cowboy hats. I paid for the lot plus shipping costs and sales tax. On March 2nd the hats arrived at our Post Office with postage due of $37.93 because the Seller didn't put enough postage on the package. The PO was closing and I didn't have time to get the extra money so they returned it to the Seller. The Seller has ignored all emails and not responded or sent it back as of April 21 (57 days)!
