If you're an AMC Fan, it's a MUST Read. Excellent.

This book takes the reader on the journey of the last American Independent Automaker: American Motors Corporation. this book details everything from the humble beginnings of the corporation in 1954 when Nash and Hudson merged all the way to the takeover (or "merger" as they wanted it referred to), by Chrysler in 1987. Follow the ups and downs of AMC and read about the enormous successes like the '56 rambler, the Javelin, the Hornet, and the Eagle. And the flops like the Marlin, the Matador Coupe and the Pacer. Excellent book that really gets the reader invloved. hard to put down once you start reading. A Must read for the AMC fan or any fan of the American Automotive Industry.

Great Story. Very Inspirational.

Excellent movie. I loved it. The acting was a little "cheesy" at times, but still 5 stars. Great movie for anyone struggling with life.

A fantastic, and compelling read about the history of America's last independent automaker, American Motors Corporation. Quality paper. Excellent pictures. A very enjoyable book.
