His methods work!
I Love Dave Ramsey products. They are straightforward no nonsense get the job done books. I also like how he talks about behavior change. You have to have a new mindset towards money. And he makes you think ahead.

If you want to age in good health…
I read this book 5 years ago when my husband started on meds for high blood pressure. This is research backed information. Lifestyle changes that helped me lose 35 lbs and lower my cholesterol. I’m 64 and on no meds. Active, energetic.

Great product for curly gray hair.
This is my favorite leave in conditioner for my curly gray hair. It helps tame the frizz and keeps it looking good. I’ve tried numerous others at less cost. But I always return to this.
