Problem
I don't know how to answer the above questions. It was evident that this product was new and had not been opened. When all set up the fountain did not circulate the water. After checking the product we found that the tube had been cut to short and was not connected. We tried to fix it but it took us a while to find a straw big enough to connect the two ends of the tubes. It is now working but not to it's full capacity I was waiting for this fountain to complete my village and put the cotton in the village. I did not send it back for fear of having no fountain for the village this year. I don't believe it was this company's fault but, in the future, I would recommend that they open the items and inspect them to prevent this happening again.

Christmas Village Beautiful White House
Light weight beautiful white tall house with snowman. There is a place for a light but one did not come with it. Fits great with my village.
