These scopes have a sunshade that screws...

These scopes have a sunshade that screws onto the objective end. Unlike other scopes I have, it doesn't come up tight to the face of the scope. Not a defect; just the manufacturing process the scope maker chose to use. That threw me off because as a former machinist I thought it should thread up snug. Will not affect your use!
