Gibraltar tom legs are a great replacement
Gibraltar's longer legs are perfect for my 60's Ludwig 14 x 14" floor toms. They look like the original legs but the longer length is what is needed to get the tom up to playing height.

Ludwig made an improvement in the design
Much better than the mounts from the early 60's: they are designed a different way to hold much better.

Tama tom stands are a great way to mount your tom.
Compact, very light weight and easy to set up and tear down. Despite its light weight, these tom stands are very sturdy. I use on 8 x 12 toms.
