Rake
Excellent script, characters and casting. Every episode has at least one moment when you're laughing so hard you have to rewind see what you missed for the 30 seconds or so when you were rolling on the floor. It's not all comedy though. Each episode raises issues and moral dilemmas that highlight the difference between justice and the law. It's a fabulously original series from down under.

Time travel
Fabulous. This is the closest thing there is to time travel. Put this on, sit back in your most comfortable chair and have an evening out in 1957. Sound quality is excellent.
