good idea....inferior quality.
This unit was as described, but it's mount would not hold up to a 45 auto..it fell off the gun after 4 shots. The laser, while adjustable...would not adjust up to where it needed to be..so it would be low...i am an experienced electronics person and all i tried to get the laser to adjust properly did not work. The turn on feature is good and easy to use..the flashlight it bright...but if you wanted this combo for the laser to work properly then avoid this. And the fact i tried to shoot with it on the gun several times and it fell off every time means it is useless in a real world situation. This light is now being used for backup power outage only.
