Heavy and expensive!
Anyone who has used Le Creuset knows that it is heavy and of great quality and is very expensive. I guess if you get something that lasts a lifetime, it's worth the cost. I am replacing all of my pans because I'm converting to induction, so I need pans that will work. These pans are not really non-stick, but that was also expected. They don't have to be seasoned since they are enameled cast iron and they clean very easily. So far, I have used this pan for eggs and for pan seared chicken. The chicken had better results than the eggs, which did stick a bit and also were difficult to flip as I usually do with a wrist action without a spatula - the pan is just too heavy for that.

Great shoes
Love Mephisto Match. Always $375 in all sites so for $299, a decent price. Still overpriced but the best walking shoes my feet ever got into.
