Hot to the last drop.
This does exactly what it says it does: it keeps your beverage at the temperature of 135° or whatever temperature you set provided the software works on your phone. Not all phones or devices are supported. My Galaxy phone is not supported, and it is a high-end phone. The software does work on my iPad mini though. Their support team was attentive to my software issues, and they assured me that “our team is constantly working on improving the app coverage among all devices.” Considering, Samsung has introduced the upgrade to my phone recently, I’m not holding my breath waiting for compatible software.
But overall, I am very pleased with this mug so far. I would suggest getting the 14oz mug rather than the 10oz version as you do have to wait for the mug to reach set temp. and once it’s there, I find that I drink the coffee quickly.

My biggest complaint is that it needs to...
My biggest complaint is that it needs to produce more volume. At maximum volume, I still have to wear my hearing aids to hear properly. My old Sennheiser 135 headphones produce twice as much volume. The fine-tuning controls do work and if there was sufficient volume, I would be very happy with these headphones. I will keep these, but I don't recommend them if you have hearing loss.

This is my 3rd one, I only hope this one lasts as long as my first. the second one died after 2 years.
