Not massage therapy.
This book is listed under body work and massage therapy. It isn't worth the money, if you are looking for massage info. It is trying, I think, to work psychology into some kind of modality, but it falls short. Might work in Oakland, but not in the real world.

An enlightening book.
It is informative, and relates to scripture, which helps to clarify what is being presented. Presented very well, and I would recommend reading it for any LDS person who wants further knowledge, and anyone else who would like a good understanding of what one needs do, in this existence.
