We are a dad and daughter team who focus on making Wood Gifts such as Redwood Burl Clocks, Redwood Boxes, Wood Ornaments, and California Redwood Souvenirs. Both of us also have a souvenir gift background owning/running a tourist gift shop in the California Redwoods so we've also added other types of souvenirs to our online store(s). The other patch was defective (bad iron on adhesive). Seller was given ample time to respond to my concerns and never did. The cost of these two patches should not even warranted shipping, especially considering one is no good.
