Purse handles came out of metal hardware irreparable
Handles on purse came out of metal hardware
The straps were screwed in but came out. Only one strap came out other strap is well secured but is loosening. I Tried to ask several cobblers to repair but they all say that purse is irreparable due to metal hardware and straps will not be same length on both sides. Totally discouraged and lost $500 for poor quality craftsmanship! $500?!?! Very Infuriating to say the least!
