This is designed for the PS3 but it works great for the PS2!
3 von 3 finden das hilfreich The PS2 and the PS3 share the same port for AV-out. Both of them are capable of component video as well as composite. There were component cables made in the era of the PS2. However, I had heard that they were crap. I cannot confirm that since I have never used them. I took that advice and purchased this item instead of a component cable designed for the PS3.
As far quality, it's nice. The cord is braided and looks very nice. It did differ slightly in appearance from what you see here, but that doesn't bother me much. It works - that's what matters. I did have a hard time telling the difference between right audio and the red channel on the cable. They were almost the same and not marked. I guessed which one it was and got it right though. I just wish that it was more clear.
The picture quality is nice compared to composite. If you have an HDTV and want to use PS2 on it - this is the only way to go. It's the next best thing to HDMI out. There is the downside that PS1 Games are not compatible with this output, but oh well. If you want to play them, you may need to get another PS2 or have it setup so that you switch between the outputs easily.
For a PS3; I wouldn't recommend this product. It's not that it's bad - it not. There is just a better format out there for you to use: HDMI. That is easy to get, universal, and provably even cheaper (if you know where to go and get a short one). Of course, if you don't happen to have a TV with an HDMI input then this is the only way to go.
This is awesome for a PS2. If you want to see your retro console the way you remember it on a HDTV then this is the best way to go. If it is a PS3, I'd pass.

Good remote - not for modern TVs - use it with the appropriate VCR
If you have the appropriate VCR models to go with this remote then I would recommend it. It works well and will control your VCR with ease. The other functions do not matter since there are better more modern options out there to control it. I would not use this as a universal remote. It lacks too many features for a modern set. Use it as intended and you will not have a problem with it.

A little cheap, but it holds a lot of games!
This is a chinese-knock off of a Sony Memory card. I knew that going in. The reason why I choose to get it was because of the size. 64 MB is vastly larger than 8mb. It could hold a lot of games. It does. However, it does feel cheap to hold and when you see it in person you can clearly tell that it is not real. Still, it works and it give you a lot more space for cheap. I would just go for the bigger model.
