HempVana Posture Support
It seemed to work for my head and shoulders but it did bother my ligaments or tendons around and under my arm. I did order the XL and it has been adjusted as far as it will go. But it does help my neck and shoulders. It is lightweight and I would recommend this product. It is easier to adjust if someone helps while you are wearing it.

Good price for the content of songs on the cd.
Good CD. These songs brought back memories of Ricky Van Shelton in his hey day. Was worth the purchase.

Very Good book
I bought the book Morrigan's Cross by Nora Roberts because I like the way Nora writes. I wasn't disappointed. Sure, its fiction, but it grabbed my attention right away. Vampires and the hero's and heroines's fighting, good vs. evil, a very good book. It has a mixture of love, hope and unity. Can't wait to read the second book of this trioloy.
