Worked amazingly on my 7 year old.
I read this book to both of my younger girls (age 4 & 7). The 4 year old continued getting distracted by everything, so it didn't really do anything to her. My 7 year old was asleep within the first 3 pages. It IS pretty long for a bedtime story, but if you do the inflections of your voice as it instructs you it is pretty magical. Each time I read it I also fall asleep immediately when I get to bed & sleep really well! Side effect maybe?

Pretty bracelet
Very pretty bracelet, but watch sizing. I didn’t realize how small it was & will not be able to use it, but it DOES state size in the description. Also note that one wing is smaller than the other, which is shown in the advertising pictures.
