  Poor communication and ruined my eBay 100% stats. Post office misplaced package, buyer reached out I contacted USPS filed a claim. It takes a min of a week for them to contact back. Buyer went through eBay for a refund. Shame because I have a large quantity of these and was planning to buy new label if usps couldn’t find package and ship her a new one just to honor the sale. She gave me no chance to find a resolution and ruined my eBay stats with a negative review so not sending extra one now.

  Update: Buyer and seller were able to work everything out after a postal error. It’s ok. Good communication after we got back in touch. Buyer was able to get her items. Both buyer and seller are satisfied with the outcome.
