I love this DVD! Perfect for home practice.
I am a relatively new yogi, about a year. I feel like this is challenging enough that I couldn't have done it correctly without previous practice but not so diff. I can't do it. She holds the poses for the perfect amount of time, I am getting fatigued but not falling down! She does quiet instruction without any extra chatter that can be annoying. I really like the length of workouts also. 2 shorts and 1 long. So far I have loved all her videos, including the Bollywood dance workouts. Keep 'em coming, cheaper than gym classes and yoga instruction!!

Best shoes ever.
My third pair and favorite shoes ever! Not winning any fashion shows but THE most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn in my life. And look super cute with jeans.
