I’m Jemima Pennington from Cardiff Wales UK, born 23/11/1998, aged 25 years.
I am a very hardworking and determined person with Autism and learning needs, but despite that, is very passionate about the world of plants and the natural environment!
I would love to pursue a career in the Horticultural industry one day.
I have studied relevant qualifications to further develop my interest and knowledge. Work experience and volunteering have also helped with this.
I have an extensive knowledge of Botanical Latin and Propagation skills-two of my strengths.
I love to work on my family’s garden in my spare time.
I currently volunteer at ‘Growing Space’ Tredegar House Newport.
I am also studying an RHS L2 Practical based skills in Horticulture course, at Pencoed College, this 2023/24 year. I have GCSE’s.
I am adopting elephants with the WWF.
I am a member of the RHS, National/Wildlife Trust (Family) and PlantLife.

The adventures of little Nicolas!
J’adore les adventures de petite Nicolas! - NB the books are in French.
Really grate adventures. Can’t wait to collect and read the others in the series, that I have not got or read.
Lovely for all ages from kids to adults and will definitely appeal.
Would recommend.
