With trimming flanges, perfect

This arrived in the post the following morning after ordering. Amazing :) Although it was the part I ordered, it didn't fit, as Janome don't make the spool pin that fits my machine (4300QDC) but, with sharp blade, I was able to carefully trim the flanges, slither by slither, and it now has a lovely firm hold. Brilliant and very pleased I was able to adapt this. Definitely recommemnd it ;) Shame Janome don't make this for certain models. Sometimes need a vertical pin for spools

Excellent product

Excellent product which I use to washout ear canal as instructed by ENT Consultant, to control/prevent a specific issue. These tips are very soft but, with the angled outlet holes, the solution is aimed at the canal sides and rather than at the centre; the latter of which could well be the ear drum, which could potentially cause damage. I've actually left one of these with my Consultant. It will be interesting to learn if he has recommended them to other patients with appropriate issues, now that he is aware of them ;)
