My new favorite

When it first arrived it looked streamed strange and I was worried it was going to be some weird, gimmicky disaster. It's actually two colors in the tube- blue and black. Turn the brush a little to get a mixture. It goes on and instantly makes my lashes look amazing. I use two coats. They look way longer. They look a little fuller, but I really want the length and definition, so it's perfect for me. It never clumps or flakes. If I don't wash it off at bedtime, I can wear it for two days. It's easy to remove. Best product on the market. My previous favorites were Pop Lash Extension - which did get clumpy at times - and Better Than Sex Waterproof, which sometimes smudged & flaked and was difficult to remove. My lashes don't feel stiff and it hasn't caused any problems for my extra sensitive eyes with contracts. I can't rave about it enough!

Questionable quality

I've bought several other Capital lighting fixtures outside of eBay and have been pleased with them. This one is of questionable quality. The arms holding the bulbs and the place where the bulbs screw in are not straight. There is no way to straighten them, this is just poor attention to detail during construction. I wonder if this one from eBay was a second, because other Capital fixtures have been nice.
