Haha seriously hot
The school phoned me. My son ate one at lunchtime and his whole face turned red! After a gallon of milk he was nearly ok but they were concerned he might be ill on "passing"... Definitely do what they say on the packet!

These movement cushions are brilliant. I'm not in the trap some people are where everything has to be Bergeon but I wouldn't buy any other brand in this case. It's far superior to anything else I have used and also easy to clean because IPA is safe on it. They are also very nice to work on.
