Lifetime Maps not always the case if you buy used unit
Unbeknown to myself and the seller of a previously owned TomTom 540TM (lifetime maps updates) that TomTom restricts the map updates to whomever first registered the unit. The updates are not tied to the GPS device but instead to the account holder (stupid). After some exasperation and two calls to TomTom and a few consults with supervisors, a scan of my ebay auction receipt and a scan of the activation code that was included in the box and I got the lifetime maps assigned to me. PITA! How is the TomTom unit itself? It is pretty generic but what else can you expect for a sub $150 unit?

A great replacement for older gas cans that have broken spouts or nozzles
This comes with everything you should need to keep the gas in your old gas can fresh. I have a few and they have held up well over the past couple of years. I did need one gasket replaced which was done for free under warranty through the company. I just emailed them and they sent out a replacement via first class mail.
