Hurt the ear
I was genuinely thrilled to purchase Bose headphones, but it turned out to be a pain in that ear.
It just didn't fit into my ears or my wife's ears. Thanks to that, there was a lot of noise introduced. Yup. No fun. We tried the different sizes of adapters provided but to no avail.
We contacted Bose and while we'd have been thrilled at knowing other recommendations, we still got a very professional response as they offered a refund. Would love to try another product time.

Healthy and tasty
My wife introduced me to it and am I glad she did.

Nice little product
Light, but made well enough to have conversations over the phone easily.
Good for connecting to the laptop and supports different Bluetooth devices I tried connecting with - Android phone and tablet, Apple tablet, Windows laptop.
