For those of you looking for a quality and versatile octave divider for good value, I highly recommend the BOSS SUPER OCTAVE OC3. It has a very pronounced sound and a variety of different settings to dial in the effect you want.

Strat is a Winner In My Book
I highly recommend this Strat. For the money, it is a great deal. I am a professional guitarist and love the feel and tonal range of this guitar. I have been enjoying every minute of playing it and will continue to do so.
