Better Photo Software is needed

I've taken 100 pictures of coins so far and it will get the job done provided you have patience and additional photo shop software to develop the photos so you can easily appreciate the detail this device can produce. I typically make the photos, and transfer the images to another software that allows more filtering of the image, inserting markers to identify image specifics and labeling for each respective photo. Even at 200X magnification, producing an image that clearly shows an RPM or OMM, is tough to do, especially if you are transferring the image via internet or for publication in a document. Image quality is good but not as good as I expected it to be.

Slotted headed bolts/Really?
At a minimal use phillips head bolts or better yet, hex head bolts so you can tighten the bolts with a cordless drill to get a good tight fit. Without a tight fit, it won't seal.
