  I took this watch to Verizon. (Verizon is the only mobile company the watch is compatible with.) The customer service provider told me there was no way to add service to new Gizmo GADGET. I didn't believe them, but to other customer service people confirmed. I contacted the seller. The seller kept in good communication after the sale. I explained the situation and the seller gave me a refund.
