its a needle, it does what it says on packet

product good just needs a longer tube insideto reach the cream at the bottom
itsa great product does what its supposed to do only downside is the tube inside the bottle its not long enough doesnt go down to the cream at the bottom of the bottle so you have to take the top off and pour the cream on to your finger.bit of a scutter and sometimes too much comes out
