Very good to balance super capacitors

I did purchase 6 pieces. I installed 2.7V 100F cap, which some was not good and the balance board try to balance til the point that 1 led was getting lit before all others. After replaced the bad caps, it work very good. The only con is that it those have a self discharging, which is the reason that I don't rate as 5 stars.
