Meh
Ok, it works, but not as easily as I wished. The handles are a bit awkward, and the product quite heavy. I was able to schlub an ac unit up a flight of stairs one by one. So it's OK, but a "Meh"

what's the brown stuff?
It arrived with brown stuff on the moving parts that when removed with a tip looked like butadiene or old blood. Yuck. It's going to take some adjusting to peel properly. So, a good deal, a little gross.
