Cost-effective, useful, but could be improved.
It is a inexpensive and useful manual with lots of tips. But its is more of a repair manual than a rebuild manual, as specs for clearances, pressures, etc are rather hard to find. If you are doing major work you have to spend lots of time going thru each section looking for them.
