Keeps overheating
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I rated this thing with three stars because it did evacuate my central air-conditioning system. My system had no leaks and no moisture, which was a good thing because the motor kept shutting off every 5 minutes or so due to overheating. It ran fine for about 30 minutes before the overheating problem came up. By then my system was holding a vacuum, so I kept the pump connected to keep the system in a vacuum for an hour. The pump kept cycling on and off (5 minutes on/5 minutes off) for the remaining 30 minutes. If there would have been moisture in the system, I don't think this pump would have dried it out due to the overheating problem.
