Insufficient instructions and bad wrapping technique
The machine works reasonably well but it came with no instructions on how to remove a tight fitting plastic cover that took hours to remove. It covered the entire product and it seemed to be a part of it. I had to leave the entire machine immersed in hot water for 24 hours before use. Instructions on how to assemble and use were also poor.
