  Really dont think this aquarium is "new" considering that there were no filter cartridges for the filter, and everything had been opened and put back together sloppily. The tank itself has a few scratches in the acrylic and the other parts show signs of light use. Otherwise, everything looks okay and operates okay. Shipping was awesomely fast, packaging needed a little help, but it got here! Thanks.
