Cheap, won't last, but sadly; no other options...
I'd gladly pay a higher price, if only I could get a higher quality item...
This is a poorly constructed piece of garbage that I will undoubtedly have to replace, once again, in the not-too-distant future. My dryer is seventeen-years-old and the idler pulley is the only component I've had to replace more than once. The original idler pulley lasted almost ten-years and the cheap replacements--that seem to be the only replacements available--are good for a year, at-best. The only saving grace is that idler pulleys are easy to change! Move the washer out of the way, move the dryer where you can work on it, remove the top of the dryer, remove the front panel of the dryer, remove the drum, replace the cheap POS idler pulley, and put it all back together! Two-beer job tops! Is a simple roller bearing (I'd be happy with a ball bearing!) too much to expect?

Shame on White Mountain
For those who use a manual crank, you'll need to find or make a wedge to jam in between the crank and the bucket. The metal fittings no longer have the lever that keeps the crank in place. Put the wedge on the handle side of the crank. See the review by "dschex" who had the same problem. The construction of bucket itself seems to be of the same quality as my 30-year old original, but I guess White Mountain decided to save a few pennies and cheap out on the fittings. I don't know how well it works with an electric crank.
