The tip is horrible
I bought this because the tip looks well made. It was not even close to the point in the picture. It has a very fat point that thins extremely fast so the first strike on metal it rounded over. Now it is a very blunt round tip.

It works
I bought this for my wife who is in the medical field. She constantly has to wash her hands so she gets cracks on her finger tips. The first time she used it she said it was almost instant soothing/relief.
