Decent for the money
Decent for the money I paid. I it does work out cheaper buying concentrate too as pre mixed can be a bit of a rip off?

Very good for instant relief.
Instant relief but only lasts for a couple of hours before I have to re-apply it. You can find other cooling gels that work reasonably but this is fast working and absorbs quickly, at least in this roll-on form. Shop around though as it can be a little pricey?
