  the ad said WD Easystore, however I received a aWD Elements, which to me, after purchaseing over 55 external hard drives the Elements is just not as reliable as the Easystore and they do not cast as much, but I paid full price because it said Easystore. Sorry to say this seller does not believe in quality nor truthfulness. I feel he mislead me, and others, he says in the pictures it showed Elements, however as I stated earlier, I have purchase many Easystore and when I seen the name I paid

  Yes Sir I apologize for this error once again. Because of this transaction which I do take responsibility for. I will triple check to make sure future listings from the title to the pictures and to the item description are 100% correct so this does not ever happen again. Thank You!
