Difficult to Pair and Then Hold Settings
0 von 2 finden das hilfreich I had a lot of difficulty getting the subwoofer to pair with the TV. After plugging and unplugging things several times over the course of two hours, it finally worked. Then the next problem: The TV would not hold the subwoofer settings. Whenever the TV was turned off and turned back on again, sound would only come out of the subwoofer. I could take 5 minutes and readjust settings in the TV everytime, but that got old. Did some research on the Internet and discovered several other people had the same problem. The fix recommended was to restore the TV to factory settings. I did this and it worked. Then of course the TV wanted to update its software right away, so I was worried it might revert to what it was doing, but surprise, it never did. The wireless subwoofer is now functioning properly and it enhances the sound well. Due to all the problems, I don't think I could recommend that someone else buy this product.
