  I did ship this buyer the phone. They claim the box only contained a case even though the weigh at time of shipping was almost 2lbs according to my receipt from USPS. Either they are lying, or the phone was stolen in transit by a USPS employee. Buyer received a full refund. I will never sell another phone on Ebay.
