Cheap insulation but works fine
The insulation on it is some sort of cheap vinyl or similar cheap plastic. Definitely the cheapest I've seen on a network cable. The cable works great though! No denying that. My network jack is in my living room and I'm not dealing with my apartments wifi so I bought this to rig up and into my room. So far so good!

Works perfectly
I will say, I must have not read into the details well enough because I received two capacitors. Its a great price for two tho! I bought them for my generator and it worked perfectly. Glad I have a spare if it ever goes bad.

Works reasonably well
One won't do your small patio, unfortunately. They don't seem that strong. I lit two, one at each end of the patio. Worked well!
