Picture is incorrect.
This part works and fits fine, but it does not have a grease fitting.
Clearly in the picture there is a grease fitting, but actual part does not have grease fitting or have a hole to screw the grease fitting into.
I think being able to grease the joint regularly helps it last longer, so I really wanted a greasable joint.
Oh well. Can't have everything I guess.

Perfect fit, but need short oil filter
These headers fit really great, and don't have any exhaust leaks!
I love it!
The only possible problem is to make sure you buy the shortest oil filter for your big block chevy (BBC), or these headers won't fit.
I think it was a PH1454 filter that is only about 3" long that you need.
I installed these on my 1999 Ford Ranger truck with Chevy 454, but I am sure they would fit Chevy trucks and Chevelle, Camaro, etc also, since they tuck close to the block, and don't waste space.
Mounting hardware also is included and excellent quality.

Good, but I wish for diagram to show cam bearing orientation.
0 von 1 finden das hilfreich This is a really good product. The fit and quality is great. My only complaint is that I wish they included a diagram or picture, or instructions showing what orientation the cam bearing oil hole should be installed. I mean, cam bearings are labeled with numbers showing which goes in position 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, but there is no info to show the correct clocking of the oil hole. The internet shows to install them at 2 o'clock when viewed from the front of block, with the block upright (oil pan pointing down), but some websites state to install them at 4 o'clock.
So I was not sure if I installed them correctly.
