Very pleased with the Venom!
This is a great little red dot. I put it on a Walther Q5 Match conversion slide that I recently got for my PPQ. It was very easy to mount. Now this is not the fanciest looking red dot out there but as far as performance and features go, it's right up there with the big boys. I also have a Sig Romeo 1T and a Trijicon RMR on two other pistols and I can honestly say that the dot on the Vortex Venom is just as good as both of those. I believe that this Vortex Venom is the best red dot in the $200-$250 price range. I think my Sig and my Trijicon look better because the Venom is kind of boxy looking, but I can live with that considering the price.

2023 Colorado
This fit fine on my 2023 Colorado Trail Boss in case anyone was wondering. Fairly easy install too, definitely a two man job though. Not saying it would have been impossible to do by myself but definitely would've taken much longer.

Excellent
Lightweight but feels solid. Love the 95mm carbon fiber handle. Really love the Winn grip knobs. Casts great, very smooth, good drag.
