Great for the money.
Rear sight works good on my Springfield Armory 45. I would have preferred that the dovetail fit tighter and rely less on the set screws. Front sight was also loose fit on dovetail and relies on set pin to hold in place. This did not work well for me and I had to use shim stock under the sight to secure it in the dovetail. Overall the sights work and look good. Good quality other than mounting issues.

Tight fit
This pin works great. Tight fit without using a hammer. Should have been in the original design of the Encore.
