  I examined the pics and written description before buying. The permanent damage was not visible in the pics. Described as “gently used”, but was very bad condition! I contacted the seller, they told me ‘Sorry it’s just as described”, no returns. Very bad experience.

  I disagree with this feedback and feel it is an exaggeration of the issues. She states the doll was in "very bad condition". No hair came out when I brushed as I do for each sale. The black dot on mouth can be seen in the picture posted on Ebay. This "permanent damage" is not what I consider “very bad condition"; just gently played-with as stated. She did receive a discount on shipping for purchasing additional items. I do hope however received enjoys the doll.
