Not totally new parts missing;misleading advertising?

The batteries was carroded and a new tape came with the machine. the box was opened . It is not new if the tape was kept by you. Send me the tape or I will send it back to you with proof . new is new with everything that came in the box.I cleaned the acid off of the batteries
