Aoshima Back to the Future De Lorean
I have never done an Aoshima model before, so had no idea what I was in store for. First off, the attention to detail in the moulding was FANTASTIC. From the little wires running through out the model to the Flux Capacitor having it's own 'glass' plate, the details were great. Fitting between parts were nearly invisible and flash was non-existent. Instruction sheet was very well done, with lots of notes for painting details. All in all, I would highly recommend Aoshima BTTF model.

Halloween Bears
Cherished Teddies ... when I was married (30+ years), me and the Mrs would collect these cute little bears (we started in the early to mid 1990's) ... we had them for all the Holidays (Angels and Santas for Christmas, Bunny suited ones for Easter, we even had them for birthdays and anniversary celebrations) but my favorites were the ones THAT I would pick out for Halloween ... we had a large selection of them, vampires, devils, witches, ghosts, clowns ... been single now going on 10 years (and now into retirement) I figured this Mummy was a good one to get for my re-entry into the collection world of Cherished Teddies.
The Bears themselves are made from a polystyrene material, poured into a mold, then allowed to dry at room temperature. A white figurine is then released and HAND painted in detail, thus making each Cherished Teddy different and unique.
A selected few Bears are picked each year for "retirement", enhancing that Teddy's value and conductibility. The molds are then destroyed and it will never be made again, increasing their collector value
